Our Story
New Beginnings
Grassberries was started in 2022 by two Highland alumni and Ault natives. The journey wasn’t easy for the simple fact that the town still had a moratorium in place, which prohibited the sales of marijuana. For nearly 2 years, the two attended many board meetings, fought hard and were able to work their way through the seemingly never ending process to finally open their doors on December 11th, 2023. Making history in the town of Ault by opening the towns very first recreational cannabis dispensary.
The owners are beyond excited to share these new beginnings with the community and look forward to being directly involved with the future growth of the town. With both owners being natives to the town, they understand this is new for most of the community and respect everyone’s opinions and are willing to do whatever it takes to help make it an easy and painless experience for everyone. They are beyond thrilled to give back to their community!
